Brooke understands that doing anything for the first time can be nerve-wracking and she will do her best to make sure you're comfortable.
Firstly, Brooke will have you change into our deluxe spa wraps if you're booked in for a full facial treatment, however if you’re short on time and need an express service, then changing will not be required.
Once you're relaxed and ready, Brooke will re-enter the room, go over your concerns and the products you're currently using. Then, your skin expert will access your skin and explain your treatment.
After your treatment has finished, Brooke will leave the room to allow you to take your time to change while she prepares check out. To conclude your experience, Brooke will offer her product recommendations and future treatments to guide you in achieving your skin goals.
